The 4x4x8” Classic Porthole Arboreal Enclosure Kit measures is recommended for arboreal tarantulas (such as Avicularia, Caribena, Typhochlaena & Poecilotheria) between about 1 1/2” and 3 1/2”. This kit includes:

-Cube with 2" vent

-Cocofiber substrate

-Moss

-Corkbark

-Silk plant

-1" acrylic water bowl

Important: It is highly recommended that the cork bark included with this enclosure be secured to the top portion (lid) using a hot glue gun. This enclosure was designed to be used this way specifically and it will make all the difference for you and your tarantula! If you do not have a hot glue gun I would recommend instead using the 4x4x6” Fossorial/Arboreal Magnetic Lock Enclosure Kit.

These enclosures boast superior airflow compared to standard small cross-ventilated enclosures, thanks to the oversized aluminum vent.

Misting just got a whole lot easier! Simply spray directly through the rust-free aluminum vent, minimizing disturbances to your tarantula.
